Writing can be a lonely journey—but it doesn’t have to be.
Thrive Writers is a faith-centered critique group for Christian writers who want to sharpen their craft, receive thoughtful feedback, and build meaningful relationships with other authors who share their commitment to honoring God through storytelling.
Whether you’re drafting your first manuscript or preparing a book for publication, you’ll find a supportive community focused on helping one another grow as writers and disciples.
We meet virtually on Discord on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 6:00 PM Mountain Time.

At Thrive Writers, we believe critique should be both honest and gracious.
We strive to:

Feedback is always directed toward the writing, never the writer.

Community Standards
Because Thrive Writers is a Christian community, we ask members to:
- Share work that aligns with Biblical truth and does not glorify sin.
- Treat fellow writers with kindness and respect.
- Remain teachable when receiving feedback.
- Encourage one another in both writing and faith.
- Help cultivate a welcoming, prayerful atmosphere.
Differences in genre, style, and denominational background are welcome. Our shared commitment to Christ is what unites us.

If you’re receiving critique, we ask that you remain for the full session and provide feedback to others whenever possible.
Thrive Writers is currently free to attend.
We have a Discord server for chat, and for meetings, we use Discord Voice chat.
We welcome a variety of genres, provided the content is God-honoring and consistent with our community guidelines.
